Areas We Serve

Service Line Air & Heat serves 9 communities across TX.

Service Line Air & Heat operates out of Baytown, TX, serving a stretch of communities that runs from the petrochemical corridor along the Houston Ship Channel (Baytown, Highlands, Beach City, and Mont Belvieu) out through the Liberty County towns of Dayton, Liberty, and Crosby, and south to the Galveston Bay shoreline at Anahuac and Cove. That geography matters. These aren't interchangeable suburbs. Baytown and Beach City sit in the coastal corrosion zone where salt air and sulfur emissions from nearby industrial facilities accelerate coil and cabinet failure at rates significantly higher than inland systems. Mont Belvieu and Crosby deal with the same humidity loads but different building stock. Liberty and Dayton carry their own local code considerations and construction patterns.

Across all nine communities, Service Line Air & Heat delivers residential HVAC, commercial HVAC, and construction HVAC, from Manual J load calculations and right-sized system installs to root-cause diagnostics, in-house custom ductwork fabrication, and preventive maintenance engineered for this specific climate. Having a single contractor who understands the thermal and corrosion conditions shared across this corridor (rather than a regional chain dispatching technicians unfamiliar with coastal southeast Texas) means systems are designed and serviced for the environment they actually operate in, not a generic Gulf Coast average.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Permit requirements vary across our service area: Baytown, Mont Belvieu, and Dayton each have their own inspection processes for mechanical work, and Liberty County has its own set of requirements for unincorporated areas like Crosby and Highlands. We pull the correct permits, schedule inspections, and make sure every install meets local code before we consider a job finished. That's part of engineering a system properly, not just dropping equipment and leaving.

We don't apply distance surcharges for communities within our standard service territory. Anahuac, Liberty, and Beach City are all within the area we built our business to serve. Our pricing is based on the scope of the diagnostic or installation work (measured static pressure, amp draw, Manual J load calculations), not on how many miles separate you from our Baytown shop. Call us and we'll be straightforward about what the work involves and what it costs before anything starts.
