About Service Line Air & Heat — Dayton, TX

Precision HVAC engineering for Baytown, Dayton, Mont Belvieu and Greater Houston. We right-size and build corrosion-resistant comfort systems using Manual J load calculations and root-cause diagnostics — engineered climate solutions, not parts swapping.

Service Line Air & Heat is a precision HVAC engineering firm serving Baytown, Dayton, Mont Belvieu, and the Greater Houston coastal corridor. We're construction professionals who engineer climate solutions — not parts swappers who sell equipment. Every system we install starts with a Manual J load calculation, so it's sized to your home or facility instead of "matched to the old tonnage." Our in-house sheet metal shop fabricates custom, airtight ductwork — no off-the-shelf leaky fittings. Living in the petrochemical corridor means salt and sulfur "coastal killers" attack coils up to 40% faster than inland. We engineer for that environment with corrosion-resistant installs and root-cause diagnostics that measure before we replace. For residential clients we solve high bills, humidity, and hot/cold spots; for commercial facilities we protect uptime and equipment life; for builders we deliver precise design coordination and fabrication. And we stand behind it with our 75°F Guarantee — if we design it, we guarantee 75°F on the hottest day of the year.

He founded Service Line Air & Heat in 2022, bringing two decades in the industry to the Baytown area and Houston Ship Channel corridor.
Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Service Line Air & Heat was founded in 2022 by Michael Jarrell — but the company is built on nearly two decades of hands-on HVAC experience. Michael started working alongside his father at age 12 in Southwest Louisiana, trained at Sowela Technical Community College, and brought that depth of field experience to Baytown and the Houston Ship Channel corridor when he launched the company.

Michael Jarrell holds a Texas State HVAC License, EPA 608 Universal Certification, A2L Refrigerant Certification, and — critically — an Industrial Electrician Certificate. That last credential is rare in HVAC. It means we can diagnose complex commercial systems, server-room cooling failures, and electrical faults that most contractors refer out, saving you time, coordination cost, and a second service call.

We offer diagnostic assessments and load-calculation consultations — contact us at 346-533-0804 or Servicelineair@gmail.com to discuss your project. Because we measure static pressure and amp draw before we quote a repair, our estimates reflect root-cause findings, not a parts list built on guesswork. That precision upfront saves money on the back end.

We serve Baytown, Dayton, Mont Belvieu, and the broader Greater Houston coastal corridor — the same petrochemical environment where salt and sulfur attack coils up to 40% faster than inland. We engineer specifically for that exposure, so our systems are built for where you actually live and work, not for a generic Texas climate.

We back every system we design with the 75°F Guarantee — if we engineer your install, we guarantee your home or facility reaches 75°F on the hottest day of the year. That guarantee is possible because every project starts with a Manual J load calculation and custom airtight ductwork fabricated in-house. Equipment warranties from manufacturers apply as well; ask us for specifics on your system during your consultation.
